How I help first-time homebuyers

Buying your first home doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

You don’t need to know everything before you get started. My job is to help you understand your options, make confident decisions, and know what to expect at every step.

As a former educator and Twin Cities Realtor, I believe the best real estate experience is one where you feel informed, supported, and empowered—not pressured.

My Process

1. Start with a conversation
We’ll talk about your goals, timeline, budget, and what homeownership looks like for you. No pressure and no obligation.

2. Build your buying strategy & timeline
I’ll help you understand financing, connect you with trusted lending resources, and create a realistic plan for getting ready to buy.

3. Find the right home
We’ll identify your must-haves, nice-to-haves, and priorities, then search for homes that fit your goals—not just your budget.

4. Make a confident offer
When you find the right home, I’ll walk you through the offer, negotiation strategy, contingencies, and what happens after your offer is accepted.

5. Navigate the details
From inspections and negotiations to appraisal, financing, and closing, I’ll help you understand what’s happening and what comes next.

6. Get the keys! 🔑
Closing day is just the beginning. My goal is to be a resource you can continue to lean on long after you move in.

Education is part of the service.

I am the real estate expert, I don’t expect you to be one too! I’m here to make the process easier to understand.
